Job Description

  • Conduct interviews for potential external & internal candidates up to supervisory level.
  • Supervise the recruitment activities within the assigned parties.
  • Assure the compliance of requested job vacancies with the budgeted headcount planned.
  • Make sure of compliance of the related department Org
  • Maintain network of contacts to easily recognize and source qualified candidates
  • Analyze applicant needs by preparing and studying job descriptions and job qualifications
  • Carry out the hiring process including job offer proposal, communicating it to the successful candidates, following up on medical checkups, collect needed hiring documents and submitting it to the HR Service team
  • Establish & maintain a good rapport with the internal customers to maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Review & ensure that the headcounts/HRFs are within the budgeted plan for the concerned accounts.
  • Represent the company in all HR events (conferences, Audits…etc).

Training Activities:

  • Assess, plan, develop, and deliver training and learning initiatives.
  • Identifies training and development needs and develops and implements specific solutions where needed
  • Collaborate with key business partners and stakeholders to enhance employee performance.
  • Leverages training program certifications and course and curriculum development skills to effectively meet associate and leader professional development needs
  • Effectively delivers training to ensure participant are engaged and are motivated to master and apply learnings on the job
  • Delivers New Associate Orientation to successfully onboard new associates to Elif
  • Develops and update content for Training Skill Matrix and consults on Human Resources and compliance training to apply effective adult learning principles
  • Proactively coaches leaders on leadership practices and techniques and develops coaching skills in others
  • Assesses business situations and develops goals and training and development strategies to improve business results and performance
  • Collect data and analyze the impact of long-term and specific initiatives.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent certificate
  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, computer, data communication, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to earn trust as a consultative partner
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a complex, high-paced environment
  • The ability to be flexible, self-directed, motivated, and able to interact with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
