Job brief

  • We are looking for a Project Coordinator to manage organization of key client projects.
  • Project Coordination responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Flexibility towards business needs
  • Excellent English (written & Spoken)
  • Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Good Knowledge of business writing emails
  • Commitment and work ownership.
  • Positive attitude
  • Self-motivation
  • Willingness to learn and passion for career growth
  • Project Coordinators should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis
