Job Description

  • Reporting directly to the chairman.
  • Contact for internal and external dealings on all matters relating to the chairman.
  • Handle different meetings and exhibitions inside and outside the company.
  • Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
  • Share in preparation of different reports and  presentations to the higher management.
  • Manage and maintain required schedules.
  • Ensure that all incoming communications ( telephone calls, letters, email, etc. ) are responded to professionally and reliably passed on to the appropriate persons.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of any discipline.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Proficient skills with Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
