Job Description
- Reporting directly to the chairman.
- Contact for internal and external dealings on all matters relating to the chairman.
- Handle different meetings and exhibitions inside and outside the company.
- Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects.
- Share in preparation of different reports and presentations to the higher management.
- Manage and maintain required schedules.
- Ensure that all incoming communications ( telephone calls, letters, email, etc. ) are responded to professionally and reliably passed on to the appropriate persons.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Proficient skills with Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
