Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Defines candidate sourcing strategy, identifies related tactics
- Maintains a well-represented corporate identity for the company whether online or with recruiters & future candidates
- Proposes & implements recruitment campaigns, booths, online ads…etc.
- Monitors flow of CVs
- Builds strong relationships with different recruitment channels Documents entire recruitment process utilizing all available tools, databases and archives
- Manages the recruitment pipeline & issues weekly pipeline report
- Ensures candidates go through all interviewing, testing and evaluation processes as laid out in recruitment process.
Job Requirements
- BA or B.Sc. in Business Administration or a related discipline
- A post graduate degree in a related field or relevant executive development program in the field
- 3 years of experience in relevant business discipline
- Excellent English is must
- Nearby Heliopolis is preferred
