Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Maintain the database of CRM system. The maintenance includes the addition of new information, updating changes to existing information and deletion of obsolete data.
  • Participate in developing techniques and processes to continuously verify the integrity of the information contained within the database.
  • Help sales generate leads, i.e. Identify potential leads and forward to sales team.
  • Manage, review and organize customer contacts and requests effectively to ensure maximum customer engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Experience in Real Estate field.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective.
