Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Maintain the database of CRM system. The maintenance includes the addition of new information, updating changes to existing information and deletion of obsolete data.
- Participate in developing techniques and processes to continuously verify the integrity of the information contained within the database.
- Help sales generate leads, i.e. Identify potential leads and forward to sales team.
- Manage, review and organize customer contacts and requests effectively to ensure maximum customer engagement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Experience in Real Estate field.
- Customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effective.
