About the Job

  • Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing Sales strategies; analyzing trends and results.
  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new product.
  • Implement strategic sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Participate in planning, recruitment, direction, organization and control of sales team to accomplish objectives.
  • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Complete strategic sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

Job Requirements
  • University degree in Business management or relevant field - ENGINEERING IS A PLUS
  • (12 - 15) Years of IT sales experience.
  • Experience in selling HP, LEXMARK printers, DELL Hardware and DELL Software; Solutions Selling is a PLUS.
  • Proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force.
  • Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Oracle is a must
