Job Description
VetCode is hiring a Telesales Specialist to join the Telesales team
Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about VetCode services using scripts.
- Answering questions about services of the company.
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Reporting to the Telesales Manager.
- Managing the internal communications between the customers and VetCode service providers team.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in telesales or sales role (preferred)
- Ability and willingness to learn about VetCode services specifications and benefits.
- Patient and friendly personality.
- Team player.
- Good time management skills.
- Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
