Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Responsible for Managing Retail Channel Branches & Showrooms operations, Handling all marketing activities such as: launching new promotions, create ads, printed materials..etc.
- Accomplishes marketing and sales human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning tasks, scheduling, coaching, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions and disciplining employees.
- Monitor feedback & reports (Quality , Sales , Performance & Evaluation) from store managers, And report to COO the results.
- Implementing new strategies to acquire new accounts (Individuals - Corporate) to expand the customer's base besides assigning key account manager duties to Senior or sales supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Graduated male or female, from 28 to 35 years old
- At least 4 years experience in sales & marketing fields
- Bachelor degree from business administration faculty or a related major
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- Good command of English language
