Job Description
- Improve the reliability of new product development processes
- Maintain company quality standards
- Review products, processes, and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made
- Oversee the product manufacturing process to ensure quality
- Actively participate in production meetings with the manufacturing team
- Understanding customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Devising and reviewing specifications for products or processes
- Setting requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitoring their compliance
- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines as well as legal obligations
- Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
- Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
- Inspect final output and compare properties to requirements
- Approve the right products or reject defectives
- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
- Responsible for the quality performance of Oilex, QC systems, and procedures.
- Responsible for all quality related liaison activities.
- Prepare the Project Quality Plan in accordance with the requirements of the contract and applicable quality standards.
- Ensure that the project quality system is managed and controlled.
- Review with Project Engineers the preparation of method statements, inspection and test plan and project quality-related requirements

Job Requirements
- Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 9000 etc.)
- In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
- Food safety & food technology Knowledge
