Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Develop the technical competencies of HI team and its partners for inclusive wage employment
- Assess training needs of HI team and other actors (persons with disabilities, partners, target companies’ staff) and define relevant training plan.
- Ensure quality implementation in the field of inclusive wage employment through technical guidance and support to the team
- In line with HI methodologies to support inclusive wage employment, develop new tools and/or adapt existing ones, relevant to the needs of the teams
- Develop and support SOP for the team to support job seekers with disabilities and to support companies, including job matching of vacancies and applicants
- Lead HI partnership strategy and contribute to the development of partnerships agreement in the field of inclusive wage employment in Egypt
- Actively contribute to the annual and quarterly project’s work plans and to Project Quarterly reviews
- Daily management of the project activities and of the two POs and the partnership as well
- Contribute to the identification and documentation of good practices / lessons learnt analysis, documentation and the dissemination among the project stakeholders and among national stakeholders (government, NGOs, donors) involved into similar field of expertise
Job Requirements
- University Degree in the field of Social Work (or similar fields) or expertise of the project or/and equivalent working experience
- MBA, advanced degree in HR Management or social studies or equivalen
- Minimum 5 years working experience, mainly in technical positions
- Experience in development projects supporting wage employment of youth, women, etc.
- OR experience in private companies in HR or Social Corporate Responsibilities
- Experience in training
