Job Description

SIVVI Inbound queue

Main Duties:

  • Handling Customers Over the phone for online products
  • The main purpose is to facilitate and provide a SIVVI global customer experience standards

Working Conditions:

  • 9 hours Rotational Including 1 hour break
  • Friday is off ( 6 days off per Month)
  • Work location is Maadi ( Technological Park)

Benefits:

  • Salary : 3500 EGP
