Job Description
Purpose of Function:
Execution of the sales plans with an accurate picture of the market situation to the direct manager with follow up and development of delegates and customers.
Responsibilities and Responsibilities:
- Delegates are distributed daily to regions.
- Prepare the schedule of loading quantities for delegates daily.
- Receive a daily report on the route from the delegates and send a copy to the branch manager.
- Review the daily sales report of delegates.
- Follow up the collection process with customers.
- Supervising the loading of cars until they exit to the market.
- Follow the needs of the regions for the product and try to cover the deficit if any.
- Daily visits to the market to follow delegates and clients.
- Follow up customer problems and product problems in the market and solve them.
- Follow-up of the product display and storage method for the customer.
- Review return dates.
- Follow up the cleanliness of cars and the general appearance of delegates.
- Follow up the absence and attendance of delegates.
- Assess the performance of the delegate.
- Training and development of sales representatives.
- Giving special offers to customers in order with the direct manager.
- Presenting the director's direct daily report on the size of delegates' sales.
- Ensure the presence of promotional materials at the client.
