Job Description
Organization Development
- Set HR department strategy and action plans that ensure compliance with corporate strategy.
- Updating hierarchy and job descriptions across all levels and conflict resolution.
- Preparing and updating “employee handbook” and “Policies & procedures manual”.
- Implement a Training plan (Training needs analysis, design, budget, Schedules, Evaluations).
- Implement Appraisal System (Review all staff monthly Records and probationary periods).
- Enhance the results of Employee satisfaction survey.
- Preparing engagement strategy and managing the implementation.
- Develop and update grading system and company succession plan.
- Participate in Developing and implementing SOP’s and ERP System and Quality standards.
Human Resource Planning
- Preparing and achieving Manpower plan depends on priorities and budgets.
- Managing the full life-cycle recruitment that meets the company’s culture & budget
- Preparing, Negotiating and finalizing “job offers” with the candidates.
Employee Relations Follow up
- Supervise New- Employee orientation program.
- Ensure quality of day-to-day Personnel operations.
- Effective management of medical insurance companies (negotiations, Contracts and ensure proper implementation of the benefit).
Administrations Management
- Supervise all administrative support teams (Secretary, Cleaning Staff, Janitors, and Fleet).
- Supervise administrative Budget and activities (cleaning, Maintenance services and Upkeep, Vehicles-Fleet, Supplies, stationary, Equipment, IT Services, Vodafone account and ensure bills payments on time).
- Monitor the facility to ensure that it remains clean, safe, secure, and well maintained.
Job Requirements
- University bachelor’s degree in administration from a reputable institution.
- Has 4 years experience as HR and Admin Manager (preferably in one of the leading trading companies or the same sector).
- Having an international certificate ( HRM Diploma, MBA…etc.) is an advantage.
- Possess excellent computer skills and acquaintance with ERP systems.
- Possess high reporting skills.
- Very good oral and written English and Arabic is a must.
- Ability to work under pressure.
