Job Description
- Act as a focal point between remote sites, whether buildings or shops & Facility Maintenance team
- Supervising the cleaning, pest control vendors in his base location & other shops or buildings that will be assigned later to him by his direct manager.
- Making sure all kind of requested services by employees (in the locations assigned to him) is delivered with respect to company process, rules & regulations & maintaining the SLA.
- Controlling the stock of Pantry & stationary in the assigned locations.
- Supervising the in-house events (end to end “supplier to requester”) and settling the payment.
Job Requirements
- Basic Finance background.
- Familiar with Microsoft office is a must.
- Team player, organized, time management skills are all a must.
- Excellent trouble shooter
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same job or admin operations
