About the Job
  • Promote and sell a specific range of Protective products to new and existing customers by conducting regular visits, offering competitive specifications and monitoring customers’ payments to increase sales in line with annual budgets and improve cash flow of the organization.
  • Strengthen customer relationships through regular visits, responding to sales and technical inquiries, delivering presentations and seminars and providing suitable coating specifications in order to secure sustainable Job Results.
  • Respond to market changes by monitoring and analyzing competitors’ activities and customer needs to recommend and implement actions to make sure Jotun stays ahead of the competition in the territory.
  • Provide technical service support to customers when required by coordinating with Technical Service team and responding to technical inquiries and/or specifications in order to exceed our customers’ expectations
  • Coordinate with internal functions by liaising closely with Finance and Customer Service Department (CSD) teams in order to meet Jotun’s standard procedures and policies and exceed our customers’ expectations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Civil, Architect or Chemical Engineer is a must
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales
  • Full command of verbal and written English and Arabic languages
