Job Description

  • Ability to write for specific audiences.
  • Ability to build relationships with existing customers, potential customers, and industry professionals.
  • Responsible for delivering and implementing agreed upon social media strategies for client audiences on the different social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Blogs, etc....).
  • Monitor and participate in online conversations.
  • Set up and run social media campaigns that align with marketing strategies.
  • Report on campaign progress and provide feedback to relevant team members based on agreed upon KPIs
  • Write engaging posts that inform/inspire and entertain audience on social media including captions, articles and blog posts.
  • Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Team player.
  • An Approachable and outgoing personality.
  • Creative and attentive to details.
  • Excellent writing skills in Arabic/English with a proven track record (writing samples required)
  • Experience with social media content management and reporting tools such as HootSuite and Social Bakers.
  • Some knowledge and experience with Google Analytics.
  • A general interest in Digital Marketing.
  • Willingness to work around the clock.
