Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Book international reservations for air travel, hotel and car rentals
  • Check and process ticket re-issue's and fare calculations
  • Assist clients to confirm change or cancel bookings .
  • Full working knowledge of fares and rules
  • Handling reschedule and canceled bookings with the airlines .
  • Quick and accurate review on the airline penalties .
  • Collecting payments, checking duplication and maintaining records of transactions.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of international faring and ticketing procedures
  • Very Good English (Read, Write and Speaking )
  • BA Degree
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills .
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively .
  • Tourism experience and using (Amadeus) is a must .
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical & problem solving skills
  • Ability to work accurately and timely in order to meet deadlines
  • Sound time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
