Job Description
- Ensure that the corporate standards related to the building’s maintenance, cleaning and security are all applied thoroughly and suggest areas of improvement.
- Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
- Managing heads of cleaning, security and maintenance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in same field.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience in schools is a plus
- Excellent command of English and French.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication.
- Possess excellent personal organization and business administration skills in accordance with modern best practice methods.
- Possess the ability to work productively, efficiently & effectively with initiative and drive under tight timescales and pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail and quality
