Job Description
A Job Opportunity at Blooms Agency an International lead E-commerce company.
Customer Service Vacancy Available, Graduates Only!
Will be responsible with managing our customers over email and chat, also by replying on our Facebook pages comments and inbox, handle quires and solve issues that our customers have. (Phone Calls not applicable).
Job Details:
- 8 working hours/day including 1 hour as a break.
- 5 working days and 2 days off.
- Annual contract with 21 annual leave per year

Job Requirements
- Experience in Customer service Minimum 3 months (Email and Chat)
- Fluency in English (Writing and Speaking) is a MUST
- Proactive and energetic
- Build good relationship with customers.
- Hard worker.
- Very good communication skills.
- Customer oriented
- Committed
- Graduates is a MUST
- Max age 30
- Military status for male should be defined (done or postponed for more than one year)
