Role:
- Handling Applicants inquiries over the phone (English & Arabic), guiding the applicants with the needed information through the Embassy’s website, solving applicants issues through escalating cases to the back office team, if needed, the main purpose is to facilitate and provide high level of customer service to meet our clients’ standards and to meet department and corporate goals
Work location:
- Dallah
Working hours:
- 9 hour rotational shift from 05:00 am till 10:00 pm
