Maintain and optimize current MS Exchange Systems “Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013”
Monitor the Microsoft Exchange infrastructure performance and troubleshoot problem areas such as Mail Flow, DNS records, Antispam services
Migrate Exchange Servers (2007-->2013, 2013-->2016)
Develop, implement and maintain procedures and associated training plans for system administration, usage, and disaster recovery
Create and maintain documentation as it relates to Exchange incident management, configuration control, and audit/change management
Providing technical leadership and recommendations
Handle multiple installations in parallel and in different stages of implementation
Perform system performance analyses and security audits, recommend reconfigurations to proactively eliminate future issues, and provide expert guidance and mentorship to server administrators on interoperation of servers, storage, backups, communication and networks
Provide on-call support for Messaging system and Active directory
Perform other duties as directed by IT Management

Minimum Four (4) years’ experience of high-level administration with Microsoft Exchange 2007 through 2016 in a large Exchange Organization
Strong hands-on administration experience on Windows 2008-2012 server- Forest, Domain trust, AD, DNS, Group policy and Certificates services (PKI)
Experience with Exchange Multi-tenancy preferred
Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) in Messaging desired.

Must have good organizational skills; ability to deal with multiple tasks and finish tasks in a timely manner; be a self-motivated individual who can perform with minimal direction, using sound judgment and creativity in solving problems

Must have excellent verbal and written skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and work with others in a team environment
