Job Description

  • Creating clear policies and employee handbooks that explain how the company operates and any other onboarding documents.
  • Prepare and design required presentations with information about the company and the new hires position including working schedules, dress code, code of conduct to help new employees adjust well to our work environment.
  • Facilitate the completion of all necessary paper-work and necessary hiring procedures.
  • Ensure the new hires understanding of the new title description, performance expectations and position on the organizational chart.
  • Design and follow up with other parties concerning the onboarding procedures to ensure the effective implementation of the plan

Job Requirements

  • Basic Knowledge of Labor Law & other HR practices.
  • Good Command of Microsoft office software specially PPT.
  • Good Presentation Skills.
  • BSc degree preferably in Human Resources Management or similar field.
  • +1 year of proven work experience as an HR Onboarding Specialist or in a relevant HR role.
  • Fluency in English.
