- Qurba is a buzzing new startup in Alexandria aiming to become the next Unicorn in Egypt!
- You can think of Qurba as a social network for places; we make it easy for users to discover new places, search for places with specific facilities, follow their favorite places, and view or write reviews! We keep adding new features and we are growing exponentially!
- Your job as a Marketing Specialist will be the get the name of Qurba everywhere out there in the market. It's a job with great opportunity for growth and a whole lot of adventures!
- Advertise and Market the Qurba app to the entire Egyptian market, all the time, everywhere!
- Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns for Qurba across multiple channels (offline and online) including campaigns to market the places that sign up on our platform!
- Manage the Qurba social media websites entirely (Facebook, Instagram Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google My Business, GlassDoor, Quora, and many other social media website).
- Manage the Qurba presence, messaging and branding on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
- Work closely with our Graphics Designers, Business Development Specialist and Photography team to align and coordinate to reach the business goals.
- Manage the Qurba email newsletter for both users and place managers.
- Research and find new marketing channels for Qurba.
- Arrange PR and Marketing events for Qurba, internal and external. Both community events, and pure customer acquisition events.
- Contact place managers over phone/email/social channels to arrange for business development meetings & photography sessions
- Handle data operations for customer data on our systems
- Manage the Qurba branding website, align with designers and developers to place the key messages. Our branding website is a very important channel.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries through all channels
- Analyze and monitor the lead conversion rate, customer behavior, app analytics, and work closely with the product team
Job Requirements
- Must be fluent in Arabic (written and spoken)
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Must have had 2+ years experience in a Marketing position
- Must have a solid understanding of the Egyptian market for web/mobile applications
- Experience in Marketing a Software Product is a huge advantage
