Job Description
- KPIs’ – “keeper” Responsible to report and post Key Performance Indicators: Productivity, External Quality Complaints (DCRA), and Internal Discrepancy Reporting (IDR)
- Internal damages analysis/monitoring
- Problem Solve and identify root causes for reoccurring deviations related to Quality Notification and/or Inventory Discrepancies using standard 8D Problem-Solving Approach
- Recommend and aid in action items for resolution of reoccurring deviations
- Create, evaluate, and update Internal procedures – Work Instructions
- Audit Qualification Matrix for operation
- Responsible for Customer Complaints Management
- Managing Inventory Discrepancies and Adjustments
- Coordination and managing of Quality Notifications related to Blocked Stock
- Coordination of Scrapping Process
- Coordination of and Expired Stock Processing
- Problem Solving Expert using 8D Approach
- Perform other essential and related peripheral duties as may be assigned
Job Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of experience in 3PL Logistics-operation
- Experience in Inventory Control and/or Quality related roles preferred
- General leadership skills required
- Experience in analyzing large sets of data to identify root causes and implement action items through a structured problem-solving approach
- Extended knowledge in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS-systems).
- Intermediate level experience required in MSOffice Applications (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Knowledge in SAP.
- Knowledge in total quality management tools
- Knowledge of process and safety standards
