Job Description
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance including preparing reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, overhead allocations, etc.
- Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CFO with conducting audits. Analyze financial statements for discrepancies
- Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
- Avoids legal challenges by complying with legal requirements.
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries
