Job Description

Job purpose

  • Business partner to the Leadership team and ensures the provision of Financial Services, analyze everyday financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to management on future financial plans.

Duties and responsibilities

  • As a member of the leadership team ensures financial strategy planning and services; responsible for financial planning and budgeting process.
  • Business Consultant /Controller: Provide sound/expert financial advice (on a need basis) contributing to the overall effectiveness of the market financial standing and operations, taking a short and a longer-term perspective.
  • Lead the planning cycles and coordinate among different teams towards building the consolidated growth plans.
  • Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk and Analyzing market trends and competitors.
  • Contribute to the maximization of the profitability, by effectively monitoring the utilization of the business assets and cash flow and available funds.
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
  • Be responsible to support Business initiatives and expansions.
  • Ability to support business new initiatives and process design and improvement.
  • Effectively perform the routine finance process like payments to vendors, travel expenses, payroll, internal approvals, and month closing on time
  • Provide the necessary Financial reports on time as per the agreed.
  • Understands cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and bookkeeping.
  • Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation

Job Requirements

Academic Background & Professional Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; finance, CMA is preferable
  • Managerial experience in Finance (5-7 years)

Required Knowledge / Skills / Languages:

  • Very good command of English Language
  • Computing Skills (Excel, Powerpoint and Email software)
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting models
  • Market awareness - Has a complete understanding of market dynamics and is fully aware of the market and competitors
