Job Description

  • Manage leads distribution and Maintain sales records per property consultant.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
  • Updates all contact information for clients.
  • Arranges appointments with clients and sales.
  • Facilitating and coordinating the administrative work especially for sales department & the reception.
  • Coordinating all coming calls to the sales team
  • Assisting in generating leads.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 1-2 year experience at least in real estate
  • Gender: Females only
  • Presentable
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Time management
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools ( Excel – Word)
  • Working Hours: from 10.00 am till 6.00 pm (one day off)
