About our Client:
- A worldwide company producing building materials and it is major producer of adhesives for building industry with his tens of plants worldwide, Thousands of products of adhesives, sealants and chemical
Responsibilities:
- Raw materials planning and ordering (together with operations director) to maintain an optimum level of Raw Materials stock.
- Maintain housekeeping throughout all areas in the plant.
- Provide coaching and guidance to all production/operations employees.
- Develop people skills and provide training as required.
- Optimize, streamline and bottleneck plant operations including production equipment and related processes.
- Problem analysis and troubleshooting and implementing necessary solutions.
- Maximize equipment utilization through minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability.
- Cut operations cost through waste elimination (higher yield and less waste disposal cost).
- Observe existing KPI’s and setting/implementing new performance indicators.
- Manage plant resources (manpower, equipment, forklifts, outsourced manpower, etc.) in the most cost effective/efficient ways.
- Manage maintenance department
- Liaise with other departments (CS, Sales and Logistics) to ensure product availability and on time dispatch.
- Strategically plan the clearance of all shipments, inbound and outbound; to adhere to company requirements while limiting unnecessary cost.
- Manage the general movement of products on all modes of transport.
- Establish and monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement to ensure we perform to customer expectations.
- Create policies and procedures for logistic activities on the basis of lean thinking while ensuring responsibility of tasks is clear and communicated.
- Review transportation logistics and warehouse complaints; implement solutions to eliminate a undesirable outcomes or to improve general performance.

- Exposure to various activities in operations – production, logistics, customer service, HSE
- Good proficiency in English
- Excellent management and communication skills
