Job Description
- Supervision of installation and commissioning of: -
- (4) Boilers.
- (3) compressors.
- Waste Water Treatment.
- Fire Frightening.
- Softeners.
- Water Supply Network.
- Performing repairs, replacing, Upgrading and modifying mechanical equipment’s or Systems.
- Follow up maintenance for all the buildings.
- Update maintenance performance monthly KPIs report “Downtime Report & Failure report & MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)”.
- Monitor Spare Parts release from the warehouse.
- Approving Plan requesting the spare parts according to the preventive maintenance schedule and online monitoring.
- Reviewing Daily, weekly and monthly maintenance department reports on section activities.
- Responsible for reviewing all documents related to maintenance department.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering is a preferable
- 5 or more years of experience
- Good Command of English
