Job Description
- We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute to generating sales for our company.
- You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
- An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
- They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
- The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner

Job Requirements
- In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a sales role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, including a clear, confident speaking voice and a friendly rapport with customers.
- Have the ability to be flexible and creative in dealing with customers.
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection and criticism
- Outstanding listening skills, time management and persuasion with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Social media platform and business/website chat familiarity.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Graduated.
