Job Description
- Motivate their reporting sales property consultants to close sales.
- Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
- Assist Sales Associates in setting individual goals and objectives, as requested or as required.
- Follow up on Sales Targets through regular meetings
- Assist in recruiting efforts for the company.
- Assist in overseeing all office marketing activities to attract new Sales Associates.
- Conduct quarterly performance reviews of staff and make the report to the Board of Directors/Shareholders.
- Compile market data reports and track market share.
- Perform administrative duties when needed.
- Provide Broker shareholders with required reports on customer needs, issues, and requirements.
- Get updates on real estate market trends and products.
- Identify and transform Up, Cross-selling and new business opportunities
Job Requirements
- BA in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales
- Excellent command of English language
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Excellent Customer Orientation
- Knowledge of and experience in management and administration
- Proven sales ability
- Excellent product knowledge
