Job Description
- Locum Meds is a Specialist recruitment company for Doctors and Nurses within the UK, we are one of the most successful health recruitment agencies within Primary Care.
- Locum Meds are looking for 6 data entry assistants who should be able to speak, read and write English proficiently.
- Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
- Daily responsibilities include: collecting Data for marketing purposes from various job boards, Linkedin and general research from the internet.
- Update and maintain information on computer systems and in archives.
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Upload documents from Doctors and Nurses such as; Passport, certificates, qualifications, and proof of address
- Keep information confidential
- Complete other duties as assigned by Management job requirements
- Complete other duties as assigned by Management job requirements
- Data entry from various email inboxes to be inputted into the system accurately.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Communicate with the UK team for various requests in a prompt manner.
- Update old CVs and old records with new ones
- 1 to 3 years experience
- Experience within a Recruitment company would be ideal, but not necessary.•
- Computer literate in all microsoft packages and most importantly excel
- Used office 365 previously to reply and send emails
- English at a good level.
- Keep information confidential
- Complete any other computer orientated tasks as and when asked of.
