Responsibilities:
- An experienced and influencing caliber who leads, mentors and passes experience to his team to help them achieve their sales targets, plus achieving his own ones equally.
- Setting up a sales team plan in order to achieve sales target required by the Sales Manager
- Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly & annually basis
- Leading and motivating his team to achieve goals and close deals
- Mentoring his team on the techniques of how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale
- Monitoring team performance and aligning with the Sales Manager
- Achieving self and team’s sales targets as planned across the year
Job Requirements
Technical Requirements and Education:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate field with proven track records
- English Fluency
- B.Sc. of Business Administration or similar degrees are preferred
Personal Traits:
- A people person with strong communication skills
- Strong proven track leadership skills
- Persuasive, persistent, and results oriented person
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Presentable and professional
