- Provide high quality and customized insights services to clients
- Achieve a higher Customer satisfaction regarding order installment processes across channels.
- Follow Credit management technology’s trends.
- Apply latest technologies that Facilitate Company vision.
- Apply credit origination solutions best practice.
- Ensures the business need is addressed by the technical solution from a conceptual standpoint.
- Builds a trusted relationship with multiple roles in the business unit and Establishes /maintains a strategic relationship with appropriate level key stakeholders and IS&T
- Ensure that, Solutions are implemented as designed and as per business expectation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree(Computer Engineering or computer science or equivalent)
- Background of Software programming using C#, Asp.net, web forms, MVC is plus
- Banking & accounting services solutions background experience is preferred.
- Financial services business industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for continuous improvement
- Technical writing skills
