Job Description
- Participate with UCG team in handling different HR consultancy projects
- Liaise with our current clients' management to support them technically by offering them the needed professional advice
- Participate in developing the technical and financial proposals for our potential clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Master degree in Human Resources is highly preferred
- 5-8 Years of experience in Human Resources field
- Previous experience in leading HR consultancy projects is an absolute advantage
- Solid knowledge of Egyptian labor/Social insurance laws
- Excellent command of English language
- Outstanding communication skills
