Job Description
- Advise and support project line management on HSE activities
- Prepare safety plans and review all safety features
- Review plans and specifications for the construction of new machinery or equipment to determine whether all safety requirements have been met.
- Inspect project light and heavy equipment (vehicles, forklift, cranes, scaffolding, Lifting, generators, etc).
- Inspect all types of project work permit system, report and investigate all type of incident and near misses, conduct risk assessment JSA.
- Maintain and apply knowledge of current policies, regulations, and industrial processes
- Ensure all rescue and firefighting equipment are ready to use and all project road and access (in/ out) are controlled
- Responsible for safety for Bridgestone – Fit & fix – kawatshagy–warehouses & showrooms.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical ) with experience in HSE for at least 2-3 years
- Critical-thinking skills
- Observational skills
- Leadership
- Problem-solving skills
- NEBOSH/OHSA certificate is a must.
