- Answers telephone, takes messages and answers inquiries within assigned scope of responsibility
- Schedules appointments maintain a calendar, allocates supervisor’s time\
- Implement and maintain office systems
- Maintains files and financial records
- Schedule meetings and reserve rooms for meetings
Work Conditions:

- الاجازة يوم الجمعة فقط
- خبرة بالكمبيوتر واللغة الانجليزية
- المرتب مجزي جدااا على حسب مدى الخبرة بالمجال واللغة والكمبيوتر
Job Requirements
- مطلوب سكرتارية مؤهل عالي
- يفضل من ساكني المعادي
- ولديها خبرة بمجال العقارات
