Job Description
- Support Plant Manager in leading the facility through follow up on operational activities to ensure maximum effectiveness of production capacity.
- Ensure allocated budget is properly executed with a reasonable timescales through the daily production flow.
- Manage department heads of different functions to liaison flow of work among material, equipment and labor force.
- Manage both external and internal relationship management to ensure smooth operation for the facility.
Job Requirements
Qualifications :
- Strong technical knowledge in process management, lean manufacturing and industrial engineering
- Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating teams to accelerate productivity and output.
- Ability to embrace change and improve efficiency within the working environment
- 15 plus years’ experience leading manufacturing facilities.
- Preferred experience at an electricity manufacturing field
