Job Description

  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the Boards' office as appropriate.
  • Booking travel arrangements and accommodation.
  • Managing database and filing systems.
  • Organizing Board Calendars and taking the minutes during meetings.
  • Maintaining diaries and making appointments.

Job Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Arabic is a must.
  • Bachelor Degree required.
  • 4+ years of office administration experience.
  • Proficiency in MS office with expertise in MS (word, excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong sense of Organizational, Time Management and Communication skills.
  • Profiles with updated photo is a must.
  • Females Only.
