Job Description
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Answer Employee's inquires.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Preparing letters, memos, e-mails
- Screen and select CV's according to the applicant requirements.
- Scheduling and organize interviews & related tasks.
- Maintain database and filling.
- Interviewing Applications.
- Preparing and updating of the job description.
- Coordinate recruitment needs with concerning managers.
- Handle all on boarding paperwork.
- Follow up on the attendance system.
- Manage employment contracts status (probation review and annual renewals)
- Handle vacation tracking for all company staff.
- Preparing the monthly report(absence and vacation records).
- Manage all Medical Operations including adding new staff cancelling resigned staff ad getting medical approvals.
- Maintaining database and filling
- Handle Resignation.
- Managing day-to-day operations of the office.
