Job Description

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Answer Employee's inquires.
  • Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
  • Preparing letters, memos, e-mails
  • Screen and select CV's according to the applicant requirements.
  • Scheduling and organize interviews & related tasks.
  • Maintain database and filling.
  • Interviewing Applications.
  • Preparing and updating of the job description.
  • Coordinate recruitment needs with concerning managers.
  • Handle all on boarding paperwork.
  • Follow up on the attendance system.
  • Manage employment contracts status (probation review and annual renewals)
  • Handle vacation tracking for all company staff.
  • Preparing the monthly report(absence and vacation records).
  • Manage all Medical Operations including adding new staff cancelling resigned staff ad getting medical approvals.
  • Maintaining database and filling
  • Handle Resignation.
  • Managing day-to-day operations of the office.
