Job Description
- Act as an Intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
- Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold to determine its competitive market price.
- Advice clients on market condition prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
- Promote sales of properties through ads, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property advising them on the suitably and values of the homes they are visiting.
- Prepare docs such as representations contracts, agreement, closing, leases.
- Achieve the monthly and annual targets.
- Confer with escrow companies, lenders, home inspectors, and pest control operators to ensure that terms and condition of purchase agreements are met before closing dates.
- Interview clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking.
- Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of docs and disbursement of funds.

- Participate in Business Networking Groups within assigned Territory.
- Become knowledgeable regarding assigned Territory (move activity, new construction, etc.)
- Identify and qualify potential clients by telephone and premise visits. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
- Communicate with customers regarding the technology solutions
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, etc.
- Be familiar with the latest industry trends and technical advancements and successfully apply them in daily activities
- 3 years of Experience in Commercial Real Estate field is a MUST.
- Able to Meet clients and determine the type of property needed.
- Ability to use sales technique in order to render seamless customer service Skills.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Bachelor Degree required
- Presentable.
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience need
