Job Description

SIVVI Inbound queue

Main Duties:

  • Handling Customers Over the phone for online products
  • The main purpose is to facilitate and provide a SIVVI global customer experience standards

Working Conditions:

  • 9 hours fixed From 6:30 AM till 3:30 PM Including 1 hour break
  • Friday is off (6 Days off per Month)
  • Work location is Maadi ( Technological Park)

Benefits:

  • Net salary : 4000 EGP+ 1000 KPIS
  • Social and Medical Insurance provided

  • Business writing & Call center Experience is a MUST.
