Job Description

Main Job Duties:

  • Co-ordination between different Parties inside & outside the company
  • Monitor, asses and enhance different company procedures
  • To insure that the company Statement of work is applied
  • To keep a comprehensive filing system (Hard & Soft)
  • To undertake any other reasonable task as assigned
  • Follow-up of company operations
  • Tracking of action plans
  • Plan messengers movement
  • Recording of company expenses & purchases in Excel sheets and Software application
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
  • Attend regular meetings and provide the Minutes of meetings in order to be discussed with different sections inside the company to improve the overall performance
