Job Description
- Keeping an accurate record of the process and analyzing performance managing and motivating a team of supply chain staff improving the overall supply chain performance and look for any possible innovations to the process implementing new technologies and staying alert to new trends in the sector.
- Assist the logistics process for the development of new products, inventory maintenance, manufacturing, shipment and delivery, and returns on products.
- Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective.
- Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
- Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
- Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
Job Requirements
- Preferred MBA and Masters Degree in Supply Chain
- Age: not more than 40 years.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage logistics of all aspects of supply chain, from product development to the shipment of finished items.
