Job Description

  • We are looking for a District Sales Manager who will take full accountability for our sales force within designated geography and their results.
  • You will provide the functional expertise and leadership in sales management, talent management, collaboration on sales planning/plans and the successful execution for designated geography.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales operations in the assigned district to achieve revenue goals.
  • Supervise sales team members on daily basis and provide guidance whenever needed.
  • Identify skill gaps and conduct training to the sales team.
  • Work with the team to implement new sales techniques to obtain profits.
  • Assist in employee recruitment, promotion, retention and termination activities.
  • Conduct employee performance evaluation and provide feedback for improvements.
  • Contact potential customers and identify new business opportunities.
  • Stay abreast with customer needs, market trends and competitors.
  • Maintain clear and complete sales reports for management review.
  • Build strong relationships with customers for business growth.
  • Analyze sales performances and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure that the sales team follows company policies and procedures at all times.
  • Plan and coordinate sales activities for assigned projects.
  • Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science or any related Medical College.
  • 2-3 years of direct sales experience" management level".
  • Proven business analysis skills with the ability to pro-actively manage financial to meet objectives.
  • Experience in the Information management system is an advantage
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively present information and negotiate with all levels of management.
  • The ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Good planning and organizational skills.
  • The ability to work calmly under pressure.
  • Good IT, budget and report writing skills.
