Job Description

  • Market, sell and coordinate events’ spaces on behalf of the company.
  • Prepare proposals for clients and maintain well-organized event records.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and process event bookings.
  • Conduct research to identify new clients and leads for the events.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the event’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’

Objectives.

  • Collaborate with other departments and operational staff to ensure a high
  • quality of event delivery.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Job Requirements

  • Experience 2-3 years in sales, business development or marketing.

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Proficiency in English

  • Market knowledge

  • Communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build rapport

  • Time management and planning skills

  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing or relevant field
