Job Description
- Proposing work policy to develop work successfully
- Adoption of production plans and programs
- Adoption of maintenance plans and programs
- Adopting occupational safety and health promotion programs
- Adoption of quality plans and programs
- Adoption of warehouse management plans and programs
- Approve the financial plans and budget and present them to the director General for approval
- Follow up the daily reports in case of problems in departments and work
- to resolve them
- Technical and administrative supervision of the subordinates and follow-up assessment of their performance and achievements and
- knowledge of the introduction of training programs to raise the level of
- knowledge and development of their abilities
- Receive weekly reports from all departments and discuss them and password
- Prepare monthly reports on the performance of the factory and submit them to the Director General with a proposal for samples
