Job Description

  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process
  • Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
  • Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
  • Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time is tracked in the system
  • Creates, maintains and updates personnel files in complying with the Egyptian Labor law.
  • Collecting Employment documents and make sure that employees files are complete and well maintained
  • Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone
  • Handles medical insurance-related issues.
  • Organize the process of termination& resignations

Job Requirements

  • Males Only
  • Presentable
  • Can deal with Social Insurance office & any other governmental bureau
  • Active and have very good communication skills
