Job Description
Office Duties:
- Draw, Review, comment and amend working and shop-drawings.
- Bill of Quantities initiation and revision.
- Internal and External Finishes cost analysis and breakdown- Market prices updated background is a must.
- Lead a team of Architects and Interior Designers.
- Allocate tasks for each team member.
- Monitor schedule of projects submission client's requirements.
On-Site Duties:
- Make periodic site visits to ensure quality and time Management.
- Manage Site engineers.
- Allocate Materials, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Manage Quality,Time and Cost Control.
- Submit Reports to the top management.
Job Requirements
- Architecture Engineering Graduate or Equivalent.
- Experience in High-End Interior & Architecture Projects in EGYPT.
- Proven Experience in Working Drawings and Shop-drawings details is a must.
- Proven Experience in Finishes Quantity-Surveillance, in addition to Direct&Indirect Costs Break Down.
- Experience in Site-Supervision.
- Professional using Autocad, Photoshop & Office - Revit is a plus.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong Management skills with solid Architecture and Interior Design background is a must.
- Proven Experience to handle multi-projects at the same time perfectly - Design and Site Supervision
- Resident of El Sheikh Zayed City or nearby.
- Owns a car is a must.
